Abstract:This experiment by detecting antibody titer of Newcastle disease,avian flu (H9 subtype) duplex inactivated vaccine of different manufacturer in different inoculation days of age and vaccination dose toevaluate the effect ofthe inactivated vaccine. Results show that chicks in 7-days-oldwere vaccinatedthe inactivated vaccine that produced antibodies is higher than antibodies of 1-day-old vaccination, and the more the dose of vaccination the more antibodies. Through the experiment found the optimalimmune days of ageandimmune doseto provide clinical basis for the prevention of Newcastle disease and H9avian influenza.
